Spring Dreaming by Tom
Greetings and salutations my friends and High-Ho for the New Year! I’ve got four great new smokes to accommodate you in your indolence this Winter. Like faithful companions to accompany you on your sojourn of the mind to the land of peace, psychic rest and self indulgence. A tawny land of Art Deco shapes and perfumed air.
My first and foremost suggestion is the Montecristo Epic #2. This is a limited edition premium selection featuring vintage 2007 rare tobaccos. A superb blend of Nicaraguan Habano and Dominican leaves, this is a steal at $14.95.
There’s revolution in the air with TeAmo’s “Revolution.” This new ovalado vitola offers a rich, flavorful fuller-bodied smoke. Balanced, complex and satisfying, the robusto is yours at $4.95.
Your Trinidad companion is made with Cuban heritage Criollo seed. This box pressed Belicoso is full-bodied, rich, creamy and exotic. Named the “Paradox,” smoke it and you will understand. Available at Spirits at the S.O.L.T. the Belicoso goes for $6.95.
And last but only kinda least the Fortaleza 2 from Vega Fina, this San Andres Criollo, Dominican blend is medium to full-bodied. The flavor hints of wood, herbs and pepper with leather and coffee on the nose, the Toro is a 6×54 deep caramel colored beauty. The ash is white to light your way to relaxation. This one is $5.95.
Soon enough Spring then Summer will be upon us and out we’ll go to enjoy the fruits of those seasons. The Winter fare, however, encouraged thoughtful contemplation with no excuses needed to just sit and enjoy.
Come see me and check out these cigars I’ve got lain-out on the shelf. Pick one out, try it on, sit in a chair and dig yourself!
Toast it first, Tom
