Our once-per-year Holiday Tasting is THIS THURSDAY!!! There will be a HUGE selection of wine to sample and an assortment of beer and spirits (including fortified wine, aperitifs and digestifs) presented by six of our Alabama vendors.

The cost is $20 per person with $5 off any order placed from the event. Want to avoid waiting in line Thursday night? Tickets are available for advance purchase at either Spirits location -or- pay by cash or check at the event; likely you will not have to wait as long as those paying by credit card.
To accompany the beverages Master Chef and Food & Beverage Director Peter Schmidt, along with his talented hotel staff, will serve a bountiful buffet that includes:

The featured items at the event will be available at top-deal pricing for those who attend the tasting. Each attendee will receive a “tasting packet” listing the featured items, regular prices and deal prices; this packet will also serve as an order sheet and will be due on a later date. The orders will then be ready to pick-up in plenty of time for Thanksgiving and other Holiday Celebrations, gatherings and parties.
